Class 1 - Regular Members

Persons, Firms or Corporations who are established repossession agencies in SC.

Class 2 - Associate Members

Members shall be South Carolina Recovery Agents currently employed by a regular member. The employing member shall verify the employment status at the time the associate member applied for membership.

Class 3 - Affiliate Member

Affiliate Members shall be those persons who are connected to the repossession industry. Such members shall include but not be limited to:

1. Recovery Agents, mangers, or staff employed by any repossession agency outside of the State of SC.
2. Law Enforcement
3. Government Agency Employees
4. Any individual not qualified for Class 1 or 2.
